Last day in Bandung

I'll back to Thailand




Today was the day that I felt sad and happy as possible. I'm glad to be back in Thailand but I regret to say goodbye to friends. Thank you for everything that the way you take care us all the time I was in Bandung I never felt lonely and homesick that I'm the only one who from Khon Kaen province. Everyone so kind, funny, and take care me like I'm a their university friend. Thank you so much guys
From the first day until I back to Thailand, I was impressed in many things of Bandung, I really love the people and the weather in here, it so different from Thailand. I have a chance to do the things that I never done, it is an exciting opportunity for me to learn and gain "real world" experience in the field. I got a change for practicum in the other country. I learned many things that I’ve never learned before.

Closing ceremony 


In the morning we had the closing ceremony about SEA Teacher program in Bandung at Isola building. There are administrators and teachers attended the closing ceremony and we said thank you for the good experience. I remember this moment we were astounded  because we know that in a few days we have to return to Thailand. So sad T_T

Demonstrate Teaching at grade 7C




Today is my real demonstrate teaching, Mr. Igbal (my supervisor) and Mr. Dena (social studies teacher) will evaluate my teaching practice.  My teaching plan in social studies based on Active learning with games, it has 5 steps like I taught 7B  (same lesson plan)
        A. Warm up 
Students watch video, “Thailand is Awesome (เที่ยวไทยมีเฮ)” and then they play “The puzzle game”, it shows on PowerPoint and students should open each plate and guess, what is the picture behind these plates.
B. Presentation
Students are divided into 6 groups. Each group receives 2 papers about the topic “Culture and tradition of Northeast Thailand”. Then each group of students read the papers together while teacher gives and shows the important concept about this on PowerPoint.
C. Practice 
Students answer questions from pictures that appear on PowerPoint.
D. Production
Students play XO game, which group can XO in the line be the first, they’re a winner.
E. Wrap up
Each group of students shared their opinion about the importance of learning culture and tradition of Thailand in worksheets. And Students and teacher review the knowledge they have learned today.




If the student makes a loud noise I’ll sing “clap your hands 5 times, louder louder, I wanna hear it again, louder louder”, after that, students will applaud 5 times and will return to study. this technique help me alot ^___^


The first time, I stand in front of the room among students, Mr. Dena and Mr. Igbal (my supervisor), I’m so excited and concerned about my teaching but after students gives me their attention it makes me feel relaxed and confident. This practicum gives me a new experience and this my first time I have practicum in aboard, I learned many things that I’ve never learned before.

Udjo's House of Angklung



We went to Udjo's House of Angklung, It adopts the philosophy of easy, affordable, educative, attractive, massive, and cheerful performances that are essence of their ultimate show called “Kaulinan Urang Lembur” or villagers’ playtime. The show is packed with spectacular short performances, commencing with wayang golek (wooden puppet) show, helaran (agricultural harvesting celebration) rites, traditional dances, kids games, introduction to angklung, angklung orchestral performance, interactive angklung performance that involves visitors playing angklung, and arumba performance

Tangkuban Perahu


Tangkuban Perahu is a volcanic volcano in the mouth of the crater. Stone is complicated and the smoke of the gas that is out to see. But the view point. Quite safe see the mouth of the chimney 360 degrees, because the view from the corner, I recommend to prepare a sweater or umbrella because the weather is quite varied. Both are cold and rain alternately. But the weather is very good. The tourists are not crowded. Can capture the atmosphere easily. The mountain is also available to me.


before i went there our buddies told us "you should prepare your sweater or wear the long sleeve shirts because It's so cold" but when we arrived there it's sunny and quite hot hahaha but In afternoon like rain wiil fall, the weather's very varied.

this place is my best tourist attraction that I've been visited in Bandung because Thailand don't have any active volcano and the weather in there is so good, don't pretty hot like my country moreover strawberries and berries very cheap, I love it so much <3

18th Day in Bandung

Today is my first time teaching, I taught about "Culture and tradition of Northeast Thailand" at 7B classroom. My teaching plan in social studies based on Active learning with games, it has 5 steps consist of 1. Introduction 2. Presentation 3. Practice 4. Production and 5. Wrap up
-  The first is Introduction; the teacher will recall or review the previous concept and arouse their interest by various activities e.g. game, puzzle questions.
-  The second is Presentation; the teacher will teach and explain the lesson.
-  The third is Practice; Students work together and share their opinion in group.
-  The forth is Production; Students can apply their knowledge to practice, they have to do some activities for make sure they understand about the lesson.
-  The last one; Teacher along with the students discuss the answers to the questions which are given for summarize and review lessons.


For the first time that I teach 7B classroom at 12.40 p.m., I have a problem about organizing activities because this time is the first class in the afternoon class and some students came in classroom late, it made the activity slower. I have to I had to decline the time of some activities down. But after that I can handle the way activities.
Some students don’t like random group it made they didn’t cooperate in activities. When teaching next time, I allowed them into the group by their own.



13th Day in Bandung

This is my holiday ^_____^
My friend and I, we travel to famous place of Bandung, it's "Kawah Putih lank"


"Kawah Putih lake" It's a striking crater lake and tourist spot in a volcanic crater about 50 km south of Bandung in West Java in Indonesia. It's a blue lake and pretty cold because it's located on the mountain, we should go there by hackney.


This place very very very beautiful, you should imagine that you standing amid mountain and blue lake while wind was blowing, it's a good mood. I've never touch this feel in Thailand.
Because this is a striking crater lake, we don't allowed to swim, the water is so hot like it's gonna melt your bone O[]O (my buddies told me hahaha). Look at top picture, don't doubt that why my friends wear a face mask because sulfur's so smell and make your nose stinging.


So, I love this place the most of tourist attractions that I've been travel.

10th - 11th Day in Bandung

Today I didn't go to school because students going to clean up the classroom, prepare for the Indonesia Independence Day in tomorrow so today I'm free~~~~~~~~~ . My friends and I decided went to Gedung State, Famous place of Bandung. It's an official place of Bandung but it's regretting we can't go inside there because tomorrow is Indonesia independence day.

Indonesia independence day.

They held a ceremony at the university gymnasium.Teachers, staff in university and students wear black clothes. The first part is singing of choir then Parade show and everyone sing Indonesia national anthem. I am very excited and impressed, it's my first time that i join this ceremony.


9th Day in Bandung

15 AUG 2017


Today I observed 7B classroom at 2.40 p.m. but Mr. Dena didn't come here that time because I early went to classroom.I don,t know what should I do at the moment then the students told me that "Miss!!! selfie with me" lol .


After that Mr.Dena came into the room and started the learning activities. The topic that they learnt in today was Soil, this content's one of Natural Resource topic that they used to learn in last week. While the teacher teaching he walked around the room for observed student's behavior.



After they received the information about soil then they went to outside the room for surveyed soil around the school and  wrote the survey's information on their worksheets.


They went back to the room after they already worked their tasks. Then each group presented information that they received from surveyed outside the room.
Actually I love this learning method because the students can learning by themselves, they can make the concept of knowledge and it's student centered learning.

6th Day in Bandung

12 AUG 2017



Actually today was free program but our buddies they recommended us about the famous attractions of Bandung. So we went to Farmhouse Susu Lembang, It like a little zoo on mountain, good weather it best to take a photos because it resembles a simulated Italy similar Palio, Khaoyai in Thailand. But today have many people visited here that make difficulty walking. 



Then we went to Floating Market Lembang, there are many merchant ships. But we came here late and we're tired, we just bought some foods, sat leisurely and viewed the floating market. If you want to buy something you must exchange coins before you'll buy something. The foods in here so tasty but I think it more expensive than the outside T____T. Today I was happy and thankful for our buddies who brought to the trip. :)

5th Day in Bandung

11 AUG 2017



Today I observed in 7B classroom, taught by Mr. Dena in the topic "Natural Resources". In introduction step he asked the students that "what is natural resources?" and students raised their hands for answer. Presentation step, the teacher taught about natural resources by power point media. then he students were divided into 6 groups for played game, it like a snake ladder game. Students so fun, give attention and very good cooperation. And the last, wrap up step The teacher asks the students. “What are you learned today?” and "Who can give examples of natural resources? " then students raised their hands for answer. 



After I finished the class, me and my friends went to Museum Pendidikan Nasional UPI, historical data collection and education sites of Bandung and UPI. 


4th Day in Bandung

10 AUG 2017



Today It's the first time of observation in the classroom at Lab school. I'm observed teaching in VIII B at 07.00 a.m. They learned Social science subject about "Interaction of ASEAN" topic that taught by Mrs. Coloma. Before they're begin the classroom in every day, they should read the Quran and pray and then they'll sing the Indonesian national anthem together.


After they sang, some students'll come to the front of class for homework solutions about Thailand and Philippines and I'll give the answer that correct or wrong. Then the students were divided into 5 groups and Mrs.Coloma gave the knowledge sheets, chemical pens and papers for each group. Then they discussed about this topic and summarized the knowledge down on the papers for presentation but not enough time they must do it in the next time.

3/SEP/2017 I'll back to Thailand Today was the day that I felt sad and happy as possible. I'm glad to be back in Thaila...
